Pocket Surveyor App app for iPhone and iPad

Pocket Surveyor is a quick and easy way to compile photographic condition schedules of properties all in the one place.

Add the property details, set the areas you which to survey, take photos from within the app, add condition details, and then publish the survey to a PDF file.

The PDF is nicely formatted and can be set to your email, or saved to any number of cloud systems sch as icloud, onedrive, google drive, or dropbox.

The reports can be made unique by adding your company logo and your company details which will appear on all of the reports that you publish.

This app will save surveyors hours per survey in formatting documents and writing up reports. simply survey the property in the same way you normally would, but rather than make notes and write them up later, just push a button and the survey is created automatically.

This app is free to download, and you pay a small amount only when you publish a survey.

This app is ideal for the condition surveys used in Party Wall Awards, but can be used for any condition survey or dilapidation survey.
